All Symetrie workouts are 45 minutes in duration and focus on the latest protocols of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The sessions are circuit-based, combining strength, core and cardio exercises.
Symetrie was founded by Ben Quigley in 2014. His vision was clear: to create an environment of well-being where people loved coming to train and left with a smile on their face. A friendly climate where a sense of community was fostered, a place free of intimidation and embracing of all people and fitness levels.
